Are you passionate about the outdoors and working with young children? We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time position in our outdoor early years setting.
Position: Maternity Leave Cover
Location: Roscommon Town
Hours: Part-time, 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Age Group: Children aged 3-5 years
Pay: Competitive, depending on qualifications and experience
Requirements: Must have minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Years Care and Education
As a member of our team, you will play a key role in guiding children as they explore, learn, and grow in a natural environment. You’ll help foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence through hands-on outdoor play, all while building essential skills in outdoor education.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Enjoys being outside in all weathers and values nature-based learning
· Has a genuine interest in working with young children and supporting their development
· Wants to gain valuable experience teaching in an outdoor setting
· Is enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to learn new skills
