St Fidelma’s Childcare Centre, located in Tulsk, Co. Roscommon, have a job vacancy and are seeking
a caring, enthusiastic and professional Early Years Educator to join the dedicated team.
This is a full time role and the main duties & responsibilities will include:
- Assist in planning and delivering developmentally appropriate activities
- Create a safe, warm, and stimulating environment for all children
- Follow all centre policies, procedures, and Tusla regulations
- Support children’s learning through observations and curriculum planning
- Assist with snack routines, hygiene, and daily care needs
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development
The minimum requirements for this role are:
- QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education (or it’s equivalent)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion for working with children
- Understanding of childcare best practices
- Garda Vetting
